The two villas Adonis and Anastasia are identical buildings with a habitable surface of 137squ.m. Both houses have their own garden with a 28squ.m. pool, which is from 0.80m to 1,70m. deep. In the pool terrace there are wooden deck-chairs and umbrellas.

In the lower level of the villas there is a large living room with a nice wooden roof, an extra sofa bed, a dinner table, LCD TV and a fireplace. The large kitchen has a big fridge with freezer, a cooker with ceramic hotplates and oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a coffee maker. In the bedroom there is a double bed, large built-in wardrobes, LCD TV and a 4squ.m. balcony. In the lower level there is also a bathroom with a bath and washing machine.

The 50 squ.m. veranda has a second dinner table and a comfortable sitting area. On the upper level there are two more bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other two single beds and a large built-in wardrobe. Both of the rooms have TV LCD and a large 4 sq.m. balcony. The bathroom in this level, too, has a bath. The houses have also central heating, air condition and insect screens on all doors. From the houses' verandas and balconies we have an amazing view to the Ionian Sea and Peloponnese as well as to the surrounding mountains.
